Talent Bloom was created from a clear and recurring insight: education recruitment had become overly transactional, often losing sight of the people at its core. After more than a decade in the industry, we saw first-hand how schools were frequently overpaying for services, while educators were too often reduced to numbers on a spreadsheet rather than recognised for their individual value.
